The Oak Valley Xtreme Trail Run offers trail runners an opportunity to run on the Oak Valley trails that are otherwise exclusively for mountain bikes. Located in the picturesque Elgin Valley, known for its orchards, vineyards and undulating countryside, participants get to immerse themselves in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom and Groenland mountains.
Peregrine Farmstall came on board this year to really blow the socks off the waterpoints and keep you fueled for the long haul!
Venue
Oak Valley Estate offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Hottentots Holland and Groenland mountains. The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes. The trip from Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will be even shorter, taking approximately 35 minutes.
