Wallovale Vineyards, home of Paul Wallace Wines, sits in the picturesque Elgin region of South Africa. Paul and Nicky Wallace bought the 25-hectare farm in 2003 and transformed it into their own paradise. Paul applies his viticultural expertise in Elgin’s cool-climate region, known for apples and pears. The region is now emerging as an exciting wine destination locally and internationally.
