Tuck into lamb chops, ribeye steaks, chicken thighs, and boerewors, each paired with sides that celebrate local flavour. Guests can load their plates with potato salad, green salad, mielies, braai broodtjies, and a spicy chakalaka vegetable relish. Dessert rounds out the menu with a South African classic—malva pudding.
